In any case, if this communication is addressed to another lawyer or lawyers, it shall be confidential and protected by professional secrecy, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.3 of the Code of Ethics approved by the General Council of Spanish Lawyers and Article 34 e) of the General Statute of the Spanish Legal Profession.
